Monika Ciesielczyk, Principal Consultant, is a seasoned finance executive with diverse experience in both public and non-profit sectors across various industries. Her expertise lies in global financial planning and analysis, as well as international operations. Monika excels in providing insightful analysis to executive leadership, driving process optimization, and delivering impactful assessments that contribute to value creation. Her notable competencies encompass the development of complex budget and forecasting models for short-term and long-range planning, management reporting, cash flow planning, cost reduction and optimization, headcount planning and reporting, and the management and deployment of FP&A financial software.
Prior to her role at Skayia Solutions, Monika served as the Senior Director of FP&A at Novavax, leading the global FP&A function. She played a pivotal role in Novavax’s successful transition from R&D to a commercial company, supporting business leads and the executive team with strategic decision-making. Monika’s analyses and modeling covered commercial revenue (cash and GAAP), profitability, contribution margins, cost optimization, COGS estimation and comparison, and CAPEX investments.
Armed with an MBA from Johns Hopkins University, Monika is proficient in financial planning tools such as Workday Adaptive Insights and accounting software, including SAP S4/HANA Financials, Oracle Financials, SAGE, and QuickBooks Pro. She is dedicated to continuous improvement, as evidenced by her leadership in system modernization and cost reduction initiatives that underscore her commitment to delivering tangible results in finance leadership.
